Known for her high energy, wise words, and kind nature, Linda M. Cunning is a sought after consultant and speaker. Touching the worlds of faith, community, business, and non-profit organizations, Ms. Cunning’s gift of a wise leader and trainer motivates and delivers results as she works in her specialty areas of strategic planning, creative methods, planning and development, organizational management and structures, collaborations, multi-facet diversity, ethics and accountability, faith-based topics, infant through adult training specialties and other areas specialized to the needs of  businesses, schools, churches, and organizations. She has worked with many non-profit organizations, community action agencies, the Governor’s Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, communities, small business owners, churches, and educational systems. Along with speaking and training, Ms. Cunning has written numerous articles, reports, and workbooks on the subjects of family, finances, staff empowerment, board and staff manuals, among others. Ms. Cunning has and is on numerous Boards, working especially for those who have no voice. Linda’s loves the underdogs of society and works both as a system changer and directly with these individuals to encourage and equip them for life’s challenges and joys. These individuals include those incarcerated and formerly incarcerated, the low-income, minorities, and others challenged by society’s barriers. Ms. Cunning holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, A Bachelor’s Degree in Family Life Education, and a Degree in Early Childhood Development. Ms. Cunning is ordained and is a Senior Chaplain with the International Alliance of Chaplains. Ms. Cunning has been trained in specialized organizational and behavioral courses.

Stephanie Y. Bays is known for her “in your face” approach in empowering others to embrace their God-given abilities.  Ms. Bays compassion for others sets her apart as she delivers life-changing messages. Ms. Bays has had experiences in both public and private sectors in which she draws real examples and real solutions. Ms. Bays is a life coach for a variety of individuals, including those who have been incarcerated to those of wealth and status. She is also the CEO of SYB Enterprises, LLC.

Ms. Bays is a welcome speaker in trainings for staff and clients in churches, correctional facilities, social services agencies, faith-based groups, businesses, and universities.  Ms. Bays has her Bachelors of Science in psychology.  Ms. Bays is ordained and is a Senior Chaplain with the International Alliance of Chaplains.
